How to Create Your Agent Account
Follow these steps to set up your HealthSherpa account and start enrolling ACA clients.
- Head over to HealthSherpa and click the "For Agents" link.
- Click the blue "Start Enrolling Faster" button.
- Enter your email address and password, then click "Sign Up" — this email will be your HealthSherpa login.
- Enter your name, company/agency name, preferred phone number, and how you heard about us.
- Select "Join an existing agency" and enter your Wise Partners join code to link to your upline.
- Choose each state and carrier you are individually licensed and appointed with (not at the agency level).
- Turn on the referral program — a great way to get paid for ACA enrollments when you don't have a contract with a specific carrier.
- Enter your FFM username (your CMS portal login) and your individual NPN — not the agency's.
- Complete the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) check to finalize and open your account.
- Congratulations — you've created your new HealthSherpa account!
